Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured technical specifications for development teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses for proposed solutions.
- HCM & Financial Systems Expertise
- Lead initiatives related to HCM and Financial modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements for improved efficiency.
- Support integration activities between HCM, Financial systems, and other enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports in ServiceNow.
- Continuously assess ServiceNow performance, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and leadership groups.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate progress and gather feedback.
- Manage expectations by ensuring timely updates, issue resolution, and smooth change management.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare detailed BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and knowledge articles for new or updated systems.
- Track project progress and prepare reports for decision-makers.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 10+ years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in HCM and Financial systems, including workflows, processes, and system behavior.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in ServiceNow, including process automation, form development, and workflow design.
- Ability to convert complex business needs into structured technical requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
