About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance decision-making, streamline operations, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for improving business performance.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
- Support the design and implementation of analytics frameworks and KPIs for performance tracking.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of analytics solutions.
- Prepare business documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and test cases.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Familiarity with data modeling, visualization, and reporting concepts.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
