Senior Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven, and detail-oriented Sr.

Business Analyst to join our early team.

In this role, you will work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to derive insights from data, identify gaps, and solve high-impact business challenges across sales, product, and engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management: Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analyses to uncover insights, trends, and correlations supporting business and product decisions.

Reporting & Visualization: Build intuitive dashboards and reports using visualization tools for leadership and stakeholders.

Predictive Modelling: Develop statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and decision optimization.

Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to understand analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Communication: Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product-based company.

- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.

- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

- Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is a plus.

- Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and convert data into strategic insights.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
