Roles & responsibilities:

- Achieving Individual and Revenue Targets through Land Transactions (Land acquisition/Disposition for clients .

- Maintain strong relationships with all Developers in the region

- Lead and manage land acquisition, disposition, and transaction advisory for institutional, corporate, and HNI clients.

- Working with the Execution Team as per team process for placement of Deals

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, and government authorities.

- Stay updated on real estate market trends, capital market movements, and investment regulations.

- Represent the firm in client meetings, investor presentations, and industry networking events.

- Identify and structure investment opportunities across land, commercial, and mixed-use real estate assets.

- Financial Modelling of Real Estate Project Cash Flows.

- Knowledge of Local Building Development laws / rules.

- Preparation of Pitch Decks for Presentation.

- Support all knowledge requirements for Offshore mandates.

Key Skills Required:

- Proven experience in Land Transactions, including acquisition, sale, and development deals.

- Strong understanding of Private Equity and Capital Market dynamics within real estate.

- Developer, Landlord and Financial Institutions relationships.

- Individually sourced and closed real estate transactions across financing or/and land sales or purchase or/ and building sales

- Excellent knowledge of financial modeling, deal structuring, and valuation techniques.

- Deep market knowledge and network across developers, investors, and institutional clients.

- Real Estate Finance knowledge or Project Finance knowledge will be a plus

- Understanding of Financial statements will be a plus
