Senior Broker - Capital Markets

Educational Qualification: MBA (Finance / General Management) or CA (Chartered Accountant)

About the Role:

- We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Senior Broker to join our Capital Markets division.

- The candidate will be responsible for managing and closing strategic real estate transactions, including real estate financing, land/building disposition, and investment advisory.

- A strong background in real estate investments, capital markets, and excellent client-facing abilities is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets in:

- Real Estate Financing

- Land Disposition

- Building Disposition

- Collaborate with the Execution Team to structure, market, and place investment deals.

- Source, engage, and close multiple client mandates annually.

- Build and update a database of institutional investors, developers, and landlords.

- Prepare investor-ready Pitch Books and Presentations.

- Conduct detailed financial modelling and analysis of project cash flows.

- Provide query resolution and high-level client advisory.

- Support offshore mandates with relevant real estate knowledge and market insights

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Proven network and relationships with developers, landlords, and financial institutions.

- Strong track record of independently sourcing and closing:

- Land transactions

- Building sales/purchases

- Real estate financing deals

- Excellent command over financial statements, project finance, and capital market tools.

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

- High professional integrity, structured thinking, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- 8-12 years of experience in real estate investments, capital markets, or investment banking.

- Degree: MBA (Finance / General Management) or CA.

- A stable and consistent career history with proven client success.

- Strong, confident, and proactive client-facing personality.
