Senior Brand Marketing Manager - Consumer Tech

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead the entire Brand Marketing function for a fast-growing consumer technology company in the smart wearables and lifestyle space.

This is far more than a campaign management role. You'll be responsible for shaping how consumers discover, experience, and engage with the brand across every touchpointfrom product launches and digital content to creator partnerships, community initiatives, PR, experiential marketing, and growth campaigns.

You'll work at the intersection of brand, culture, technology, and consumer experience to build one of India's most admired consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive the overall brand strategy and positioning.

- Lead product launches and integrated GTM campaigns.

- Own social media, content, creator and influencer marketing.

- Drive PR, community-building, partnerships, and experiential marketing.

- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Design, and E-commerce teams.

- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and campaign performance.

Ideal Candidate:

- 5-10 years of experience in Brand Marketing.

- Experience in Consumer Tech, Consumer Electronics, Wearables, Lifestyle, Fitness, D2C, or Consumer Brands.

- Strong expertise in brand building, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and content strategy.

- Proven track record of leading integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with an ownership mindset.
