Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Brand Manager - Spices with an MBA/PGDM from a premier B-School to lead and elevate our spices brand portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep consumer understanding, and a proven track record of driving brand growth and innovation in the FMCG food sector. This role involves crafting holistic brand strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful marketing campaigns that drive market leadership and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies for the spices portfolio to achieve business goals and sustainable growth.

- Drive innovation through new product development and portfolio expansion based on detailed consumer insights and market trends.

- Oversee the end-to-end brand management process including product positioning, pricing, packaging, and promotional planning.

- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional media, retail activations, and experiential marketing to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Analyze brand performance using sales data, market research, and consumer feedback to guide strategic decisions and optimize marketing ROI.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, sales, supply chain, finance, and external agencies to ensure alignment and smooth execution of brand initiatives.

- Manage significant brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize impact.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and trade partners.

- Mentor and develop junior brand managers and marketing team members, promoting a high-performance culture.

- Stay ahead of industry dynamics, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape within the spices and broader food categories.

Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA/PGDM from a premier B-School with a specialization in Marketing.

- 6 to 10+ years of experience in brand management within the FMCG food sector, preferably in spices or related categories.

- Proven success in owning and scaling consumer brands through innovative marketing, strong execution, and business acumen.

- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and agencies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analytics.

- Passion for food products and deep knowledge of consumer preferences in the spices segment.
