Job Description:
- Leverage insights to lead the When/where/What/how for the Brand and develop an in-depth understanding of consumers
- Leading the communication plan with agency partners including ATL campaigns (across TV, Radio, Print, OLV), BTL campaigns, Digital & Website development, Social Media management includes briefing, creating, pre and post and testing, on time delivery and implementation.
- Digital Marketing for the brand across top-mid-lower funnel including content, creatives and digital media strategy.
- Drive cutting edge work in the Digital space by proactively partnering with likes of Google, Meta and leading change.
- Lead the Cross-Functional Teams for the delivery of innovation projects.
- Leverage a keen understanding of the Indian consumer and retail landscape, show strong leadership skills to run ambitious projects.
- Lead the weekly, monthly and annual marketing operation cycles.
