What you will do:
- Translate Cent's brand idea into campaigns, launches, and always-on content that build awareness and support revenue across D2C and enterprise channels.
- Own the content and social engine across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Write, ghostwrite, and produce. Build founder-led and company-led narratives that compound over time.
- Lead PR and narrative strategy. Build relationships with journalists covering health, technology, business, and longevity. Shape press releases, founder interviews, and the public language of our category.
- Run end-to-end brand launches for new centres, including opening moments, local awareness, and digital campaigns.
- Partner with corporate sales on brand air cover for enterprise clients, including case studies, thought leadership, and CHRO-facing content.
- Brief and direct agencies, production partners, and freelancers. Quality-control shoots, films, photography, and long-form content.
- Guard brand voice, visual identity, and tonal consistency across every touchpoint.
What we are looking for:- 5 to 9 years of brand or marketing experience at a consumer company, category-defining startup, or craft-led agency. Healthcare experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- A genuine spike in creative, content, social, and PR, with a strong portfolio of work you have personally shipped. You can write, not just approve copy.
- A working understanding of business fundamentals including funnels, CAC, LTV, pricing, and GTM. You can hold your own in a revenue conversation.
- A clear point of view on what great consumer brand work looks like in India today.
- Comfort with clinical and scientific content, and the willingness to spend time with doctors and radiologists to get the substance right.
- Ability to ship high-quality work on startup timelines without losing craft.
