Role Purpose:

- To own and build the Ghar Soap brand by defining clear positioning, leading product launches, and executing impactful brand campaigns that drive consumer preference and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Brand Strategy & Identity: Own brand strategy, positioning, tonality, and consistency across all consumer touchpoints.

- Conduct category, competition, and consumer analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Product Launch Management: Lead end-to-end product launches including GTM strategy, positioning, pricing alignment, and launch tracking.

- Collaborate closely with R&D, Design, Supply Chain, and Sales teams.

- Campaign Creation & Execution: Conceptualise and execute integrated brand campaigns (digital-first with selective offline presence). Manage creative, media, and influencer agencies and own brand storytelling.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Growth, Performance Marketing, Marketplace, Retail, PR, and Social teams to ensure brand-aligned execution.

- Brand Tracking & Insights: Monitor brand health metrics, market trends, and competition. Drive consumer research and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
