Job Summary:
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive product and brand innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing initiatives for new product launches and innovative business models
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to uncover opportunities for innovation
- Partner with R&D, product, and sales teams to shape innovation pipelines and go-to-market strategies
- Develop and execute pilot marketing campaigns and test-and-learn programs
- Build business cases for innovative marketing ideas and measure their ROI
- Oversee creative development for innovation campaigns (messaging, content, channels)
- Use customer insights and data to guide strategic decisions and personalization efforts
- Identify and evaluate partnerships, technologies, and platforms that drive innovation
- Track performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for scaling initiatives
