Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop/ work with cross functional stakeholders to develop collaterals (pricelists, brochures, POSMs, etc.) and digital communication (PLIs, website content, digital ads, etc.)
- Work closely with Trade Marketing Team & Digital Media team to drive campaigns (BTL, digital, influencer) to achieve key brand KPIs
- Work on consumer and market research for the categories
- Own marketing activation calendar for LI and IA
- Work closely with the Product Managers and sales team for New Product Launches (Communication + Campaign Strategy)
- Develop and track the customer funnel for B2B and B2C
- Manage and mentor a team of Brand Managers
Functional Competencies:
- Strong planning and execution skills
- Ability to visualize both micro and macro picture
Qualifications, Role Specific Knowledge, and Experience
- 7+ years of overall experience (minimum 4+ years of brand marketing experience for Tier 1 B school candidates, 5+ years of brand marketing experience for Tier 2/3 B school candidates)
- MBA mandatory if hiring from client side, MBA strongly preferred if hiring from agency background
- Experience of working with creative & media agencies
- Understanding of different media vehicles, research methodologies, communication strategy
- Some exposure to B2B marketing a plus
- Candidates from FMCG industry preferred
- Should be willing to travel within the country to gather market/ consumer insights.
