The incumbent of the position shall handle Brand and P&L for assigned

FMCG categories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute long-term category strategies aligned with business goals.

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

- Oversee the lifecycle of products within the category

- Drive innovation and new product development in collaboration with R&D and other stakeholder teams.

- Manage category budgets, pricing, and profitability.

- Monitor and improve gross margins and cost structures.

- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and other stakeholder to ensure successful product launches and promotions.

- Define and implement channel-specific strategies.

- Leverage consumer research and data analytics to guide decision-making.

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

- Lead and mentor a team of Assistant brand managers and executives

- Foster a culture of performance, innovation, and collaboration

Candidate Requirement:

- 4-7 years of experience in brand management of experience from FMCG - Food industry

- Education: MBA from premier institute
