Job Title: Senior Brand Manager

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Experience: 4+ Years

Education: MBA from a Tier I or Higher Tier II institute preferred

About the role: We are looking for a strategic and insight-driven Brand & Strategy professional to shape and drive brand growth. This role will own brand positioning, new product development support, consumer insights, and integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring strong brand health, relevance, and business impact in the skincare space.

Responsibilities:


- Drive overall brand strategy, positioning, and messaging aligned with business goals

- Support new product development through market research, trend analysis, and consumer insights

- Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, influencer, and social platforms

- Track and improve brand health metrics such as awareness, engagement, and perception

- Conduct competitive and consumer research to identify growth opportunities

- Oversee content, communication, and storytelling across channels

- Measure campaign performance, ROI, and share actionable insights with leadership

- Coordinate cross-functionally with product, design, PR, media teams, and external agencies

- Ensure brand consistency, claims accuracy, and regulatory compliance across all marketing assets

Requirements:


- 4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or new product development

- MBA from a Tier I or Higher Tier II institute preferred

- Experience in FMCG, beauty, skincare, or wellness preferred

- Strong analytical and consumer-insight-driven mindset

- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, influencer marketing, PR, and SEO

- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and data-driven marketing tools

- Passion for skincare, beauty, and building strong brands
