Job Summary:
Own the brand P&L and brand strategy for an FMCG portfolio. Drive growth through consumer insight, communication, innovation and strong in-market execution, working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and agency partners.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and own the annual brand plan: volume, revenue and profitability targets, A&P budget and a clear growth strategy.
- Own brand positioning, the consumer proposition and the brand architecture across the portfolio.
- Lead the ATL, digital, influencer and activation plans, and manage agencies on briefs, creative quality, timelines and costs.
- Drive new product development and launches end to end, from insight and concept through pricing, packaging and go-to-market.
- Work with Sales and Trade Marketing on channel plans, in-store visibility, promotions and consumer offers across GT, MT and e-commerce.
- Track brand health, market share, distribution and ROI of spends using Nielsen/Kantar and internal data, and course-correct fast.
- Run consumer and market research to understand category trends, shopper behaviour and competition.
- Partner with Demand Planning and Supply Chain on forecasts, launch readiness and inventory.
- Manage the A&P budget and partner with Finance on brand profitability and pricing decisions.
- Coach and develop the team, and present brand performance to senior leadership.
