Role Overview:
The Sr Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive growth This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of brand plans. The Sr Brand Manager will play a crucial role in understanding consumer insights, identifying market opportunities, and building strong brand equity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual brand plans, aligning with overall business objectives, to achieve targeted sales and profitability goals.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives, to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage the brand budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement trade marketing programs to drive distribution and visibility in retail channels.
- Monitor brand performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and growth.
- Conduct market research and consumer insights studies to understand consumer needs and preferences, informing product development and marketing strategies.
- Manage agency relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies in the FMCG sector.
- Proven ability to analyze market data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution preferred.
