Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning:

- Define and own the brands purpose, positioning, voice, and identity, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

- Use consumer and market insights (competition, consumer behaviour, trends) to inform brand strategy.

- Create a multiyear brand roadmap with shortterm campaigns and longterm brandequity building.

- Monitor brandhealth metrics (awareness, consideration, preference, loyalty) and recommend actions based on data.

2. Campaign & Execution Management:

- Plan, brief, and execute integrated brand campaigns (360: digital + social + ATL/BTL + influencer + partnerships) to build awareness and preference.

- Work with creative, media, content, PR, and agency teams to ensure creative and media execution stays onbrand, onbrief, onbudget and onschedule.

- Own the campaign lifecycle: ideation execution measurement optimization.

3. Crossfunctional Collaboration:

- Partner with Product, Growth/Acquisition, Digital, Sales/Business Development, Customer Service teams to ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint and funnel stage.

- Work with external agencies and internal stakeholders to align brand, acquisition and retention efforts.

4. Budget & P&L Management:

- Own the brand marketing budget for your domain (line of business / geography / product).

- Allocate spends across channels (digital, TV, print, events, sponsorships) to maximize ROI and brand impact.

- Track and report budget vs actual, campaign ROIs, and brand KPIs.

5. Measurement & Insights:

- Use data & analytics (brand tracking, campaign metrics: CPM, CTR, engagement, conversions, share of voice) to drive decisions.

- Conduct/commission market research, consumer segmentation, competitive audits and use insights for brand evolution.

- Prepare and present regular (monthly/quarterly) brand performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

6. Brand Governance, Internal Engagement & Reputation:

- Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all channels and partner communications.

- Lead internal brand communications/training so that employees and stakeholders are brand ambassadors.

- Build brand reputation: manage PR, media relations, influencer partnerships, events, sponsorships, and if needed, crisis communications.

7. Leadership & Team Development:

- Mentor/lead junior brand and marketing managers/coordinators (depending on team size).

- Build and work with agency teams and partners; set clear briefs, KPIs and manage performance.

- Foster innovationlook for new brand growth ideas, partnerships, cultural marketing, digital/social innovation.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.

- Typically 510 years of relevant experience in brand/marketing roles, preferably in FinTech/Technology/Financial Services or consumerfacing businesses. (Some postings cite 7+ years)

- Proven track record of managing brands, developing strategy and executing largescale campaigns (digital + offline).

- Experience working crossfunctionally in fastpaced/ambiguous environments.

- Strong stakeholder management skills: internal teams, agencies, senior leadership.
