About the Role
Lead the long-term brand strategy and drive high-impact marketing initiatives. You will champion investor empowerment through insight-driven communication and strategic positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Build long-term brand strategy rooted in consumer insights and business priorities.
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, performance, and on-ground channels.
- Use data, brand research, and sentiment analysis to shape communication and positioning.
- Work with agencies on strategy, creative development, and execution.
- Partner with leadership, product, growth, and research teams for strategic initiatives.
- Track brand health metrics and competitive trends.
- Oversee budgets, performance dashboards, and ROI analysis.
- Mentor team members and ensure high-quality output.
Requirements
- Strong agency or brand background preferred (either 10+ years agency or 8-10 years experience with brand).
- Ability to translate insight into strategic communication.
- Strong analytical capability and stakeholder management.
