YourHappyLife is a fast-growing D2C wellness brand, with a vision to help people Live Complete through inside-out beauty. With our skincare vertical YourHappySkin, were building products, content, and communities that inspire holistic well-being.
Were now looking for a Senior Brand Manager who can own the entire brand and content engine of YourHappyLife. This is a leadership role for someone who can think like a strategist, move like an operator, and execute like a creator.
What Youll Do
- Brand Strategy & Storytelling Own and evolve our brand voice, tone & narrative. Act as the brand custodian across all touchpoints.
- Content & Campaign Leadership Build content systems & campaign calendars across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Website & Paid Media.
- Visual & Creative Oversight Guide the design language, supervise creatives (digital, packaging, website, campaigns).
- Product GTMs Lead end-to-end creative strategy for launches, influencer collabs, UGC & performance creatives.
- Influencer & UGC Strategy Drive founder-led content, influencer partnerships, and community-driven storytelling.
- Performance Creative Support Build a bank of hooks, formats & visuals for ads that deliver.
- Team Leadership Lead a team of designers, copywriters, editors & freelancers. Build systems, mentor talent & scale with growth.
- Analytics & Optimisation Track content performance, double down on what works, and kill what doesnt.
Who You Are
- 710 years of experience in brand/content leadership roles
- Strong background in D2C brands (Skincare/Wellness preferred; Haircare and Beauty considered)
- Hands-on with campaigns, influencer marketing, UGC, and brand storytelling
- Strong visual sense with the ability to guide design & content teams
- A team builder who thrives in fast-paced, creative-first environments
- Copywriting or copy-review skills (big plus!)
