We're hiring for a Senior Brand Manager for a fast-growing D2C women's wellness brand. This is a hands-on and high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution - shaping how a new-age brand connects with its audience and builds lasting emotional resonance. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, understands modern consumer behavior, and can turn insights into engaging campaigns that drive awareness, trial, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels - from brief to launch.
- Translate consumer insights and market trends into strong brand stories and activation ideas.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and growth teams to deliver high-quality marketing assets that strengthen brand positioning.
- Manage and optimize influencer programs, partnerships, and grassroots initiatives to build brand visibility.
- Lead product launch plans, including positioning, content strategy, and go-to-market campaigns.
- Maintain brand guidelines and playbooks to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with agencies and partners to ensure creative excellence and timely delivery.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in brand management or marketing for consumer-facing brands (preferably D2C, FMCG, or lifestyle).
- Proven ability to conceptualize and execute multi-channel brand campaigns.
- Strong experience in storytelling, content marketing, and product positioning.
- Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally with creative, content, and performance teams.
