Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the brand end-to-end, including strategy, planning, execution, and performance delivery.
- Lead integrated ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns to strengthen awareness and consumer engagement.
- Drive product launches, packaging upgrades, and portfolio initiatives based on market trends.
Skills & Qualifications
- An MBA from a top-tier B-school is preferred, with 6-8 years of total experience and 3-4 years in brand management roles.
- Prior experience owning a brand or category end-to-end is mandatory, with FMCG experience is essential.
- Prior sales experience of 2 years is good to have.
