About the Role
We are hiring for an exciting SBM/BM role in International Marketing for a top-tier FMCG company with strong global footprints. The incumbent will be responsible for leading brand strategy and execution across key international geographies, with a focus on driving growth, market share, and consumer relevance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy and innovation pipeline for assigned international markets
- Own P&L responsibility and deliver business KPIs (volume, revenue, market share, profitability)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsR&D, Supply Chain, Financefor timely and effective launches
- Conduct deep consumer, category, and competitive analysis to develop insight-led plans
- Partner with local distributors and teams to ensure consistent brand equity and execution
- Drive digital-first campaigns, performance tracking, and adaptation for regional nuances
- Lead NPDs, GTM strategies, pricing, and promotional planning
Ideal Candidate Profile
- MBA from Tier-1 B-School (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, etc.)
- 510 years of experience in brand management with at least 23 years in international markets
- Must be currently in a top FMCG with strong exposure to brand building and market development
- Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and cross-cultural agility
- Experience working with global/regional teams or distributor-led markets is preferred
