Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Growth
- Own and execute annual brand plans to deliver sustained growth across volume, value, and brand health metrics.
- Build differentiated consumer propositions and experiences that enhance relevance and long-term equity.
- Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, portfolio optimization, and innovation pipelines.
Innovation & Product Development
- Lead end-to-end innovation initiatives, from concept development to market launch, aligned with consumer trends and business objectives.
- Partner closely with R&D, supply chain, finance, and sales to ensure scalable, profitable, and timely launches.
Experiential, Events & Integrated Marketing
- Conceptualize and deliver large-scale experiential platforms, events, and on-ground activations that drive engagement and brand affinity.
- Oversee fully integrated campaigns across digital, on-ground, and trade channels, ensuring consistency, impact, and execution excellence.
Commercial & P&L Ownership
- Own complete brand P&L responsibility, ensuring effective allocation of marketing investments and driving profitability.
- Track and optimize key performance metrics including ROI, marketing efficiency, and brand contribution margins.
- Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of brand executives and agency partners to deliver breakthrough work.
- Drive strong cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, trade marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
Key Competencies:
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Proven brand-building expertise, including impactful campaigns and culturally relevant experiential platforms.
- Innovation-driven mindset with hands-on experience launching new products or variants.
- High analytical and numerical capability, with confidence in ROI analysis, financial metrics, and P&L management.
- Hands-on leader with strong stakeholder and agency management skills.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing or a related discipline from a premier institute.
- 8 - 12 years of brand management experience in alcohol, beverage, FMCG, or lifestyle categories.
- Proven experience leading large-scale brand events, consumer activations, and integrated campaigns.
- Strong exposure to innovation, analytics, and P&L ownership.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution excellence.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
