Senior Brand Manager
Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli)
Job Description:
- Craft & execute brand strategy across offline & digital channels.
- Own GTM strategies for product launches, campaigns & seasonal activations.
- Lead market research, competitor analysis & consumer insights to sharpen our edge.
- Write insight-driven creative briefs that ignite standout campaigns.
- Manage brand shoots: ideation storyboarding production post-delivery.
- Oversee daily creative outputweb, POS, packaging, performance assets.
- Execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with internal teams & agencies.
- Optimize CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp & loyalty programs for retention and engagement.
- Track metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, engagement); refine creatives to boost ROI.
- Plan and manage brand marketing budgetsmart, efficient, impactful.
- Ensure seamless and timely delivery of all brand initiatives.
Other Requirements:
- 6 to 7 years in brand management (both mainstream and digital).
- Proven success with mid-to-large-scale brand campaigns & digital-first strategies.
- Strong shoot and creative execution portfolio (print & digital video).
- Hands-on experience with GTM strategies, performance marketing & retention tools.
- Superb communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelors or Masters in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Digital marketing, analytics, or brand management certifications are a plus
