Role Overview:


Were looking for a highly creative and analytically driven Brand Manager to lead the brand development and content ecosystem of HYI.AI. Youll manage all aspects of digital presencefrom strategy to executionincluding brand positioning, content creation, SEO/SEM, SMO, social media, digital campaigns, media outreach, article publications, and video ad creation. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to tell compelling stories, create high-quality content, and build a consistent and powerful brand presence across all platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


Brand Building & Strategy


- Develop and lead the overall brand strategy, tone of voice, and visual identity.

- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints.

- Monitor brand perception and take initiatives to strengthen market positioning.

Content Creation & Marketing


- Create, edit, and manage high-impact content across digital formats (blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers, social content).

- Collaborate with design, video, and tech teams to develop interactive and multimedia content (videos,

explainers, ads).

- Build a scalable content calendar aligned with marketing goals, SEO, and user engagement.

SEO, SEM & SMO Expertise


- Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic traffic.

- Run data-driven SEM (Google Ads, PPC, retargeting) campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions.

- Lead social media optimization (SMO) to increase reach, engagement, and visibility across all major platforms.

Social Media & Digital Media Management


- Design and implement social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube.

- Monitor trends, respond to audience engagement, and develop platform-specific content strategies.

- Manage digital media buying and ad placement.

Media Outreach & Publications


- Identify opportunities for article placement, PR partnerships, and third-party content collaborations.

- Write and distribute press releases and thought leadership articles in relevant publications and industry platforms.

- Build relationships with media houses and influencers to boost brand awareness.
