Role Overview:

As a Brand Associate at this company, based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately contribute to business growth. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints. This role offers the opportunity to shape the brand identity of a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, impacting our market position and customer perception.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the development and execution of brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

- Assist in managing the brand budget, ensuring optimal allocation across marketing initiatives.

- Coordinate and execute product launches, ensuring smooth go-to-market implementation.

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support advertising campaigns across digital and offline channels.

- Conduct market research and track competitor activities to identify trends and insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, digital) to maintain consistent brand communication.

- Track and report key brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.

- Support the development of innovative campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Required Skillset:

- Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies that drive business results.

- Strong understanding of FMCG marketing principles and consumer behavior.

- Excellent budgeting and financial management skills.

- Demonstrated experience in product launch planning and execution.

- Proficiency in managing advertising campaigns across various channels.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
