Senior Branch Manager - Insurance

Position : Senior Branch Manager

Location : Nerul, Mumbai

Experience : 8-12 years (Branch Leadership, Strategic Operations & Team Management)

Industry Preference : Insurance / Surveyor & Loss Assessment / Risk & Compliance / Field Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership for branch operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Oversee, mentor, and build a high-performance back-office & field operations team.

- Ensure strict adherence to IRDAI guidelines, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.

- Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with insurers, corporate clients, and stakeholders.

- Drive business strategy, revenue growth, and profitability of the branch.

- Monitor KPIs, analyze branch performance, and implement corrective action plans.

- Represent the branch in senior management reviews, contributing to policy-making and decision-making.

- Lead new initiatives, technology adoption, and process improvements for operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile / Must-Haves:

- Valid IRDAI Surveyor License (mandatory).

- 8-12 years of progressive experience in insurance, surveyor, or related industries, with at least 5 years in branch leadership.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale branch operations.

- Strong strategic thinking, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, digital tools, and reporting systems.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior stakeholders
