Responsibilities

- Partner with internal audit service providers to plan and execute the internal audit program.

- Lead internal audit process reviews and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

- Conduct technology audits (4050% focus) including cybersecurity, cloud governance, and data privacy.

- Implement ERM governance frameworks and lead risk-related projects.

- Provide actionable insights to enhance internal controls and engage with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

- 58 years of experience in internal audit, internal controls, or enterprise risk within financial services.

- Expertise in internal control frameworks and risk-based audit methodologies.

- Strong exposure to technology audits (cybersecurity, IT risk, cloud governance).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Professional certifications preferred (CISA, CRMA, CISM, CAMS, CISSP, etc.); Chartered Accountant qualification is required.
