Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Workday Financial Management with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Financials. The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of financial operations and the ability to troubleshoot complex Workday issues while collaborating with global finance teams.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report cycles.

- Proven expertise in Workday troubleshooting (supplier invoice load failures, payment rejections, journal posting errors, unbalanced journals, customer refunds).

- Proficiency in financial reporting, dashboards, analytics, and journal management.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with cross-functional/global teams.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and ensure compliance with financial policies.

Education: Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Workday financial processes such as supplier invoice load failures, payment rejections, journal posting errors, unbalanced journals, and customer refunds.

- Manage and optimize procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report financial cycles within Workday.

- Develop, maintain, and analyze financial reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional and global finance teams to ensure alignment with financial policies and operational standards.

- Handle multiple priorities independently while ensuring compliance with internal financial controls and regulations.

- Provide end-user support and training to finance teams on Workday Financials functionalities.
