- Oversee tax preparation, review, and filing processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IRS regulations.

- Manage a team of tax professionals, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and career development.

- Collaborate with US-based clients and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
