Senior Associate - US State & Local Tax

Role:

We are looking for a technically strong Tax Senior (Senior Associate Level) with hands-on experience in US State & Local Tax (SALT) to join a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review US State & Local Tax (SALT) returns.

- Handle state income/franchise tax compliance and related tax matters.

- Research and resolve complex state tax issues.

- Support tax planning, audits, notices, and state tax compliance projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate tax filings.

- Monitor changes in state tax laws and assess their impact on clients or business operations.

- Provide technical guidance and maintain high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

- Strong experience in US State & Local Tax (SALT).

Hands-on experience working on the following states:

1. Indiana (IN)

2. Kentucky (KY)

3. Ohio (OH)

4. Michigan (MI)

5. Illinois (IL)

6. California (CA)
