Senior Associate - US Audit - Real Estate/Not For Profit Domain

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute end-to-end audit engagements under US GAAP.

- Perform audit planning, risk assessment, internal control testing, substantive testing and analytical procedures.

- Prepare and review audit workpapers, financial statements and disclosures.

- Review the work of Associates and Interns and provide guidance and feedback.

- Communicate with US engagement teams and client contacts regarding audit issues and progress.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and engagement timelines.

Candidate Requirements:

- Qualified CA or CPA.

- 2.5+ years of relevant audit experience.

- Strong end-to-end audit and technical knowledge.

- Relevant industry experience in Real Estate or Not-for-Profit.

- US GAAP knowledge is mandatory.

- Candidates with 6 months - 1 year of relevant sector exposure may also be considered.

- Resume should clearly highlight relevant industry experience.
