Job Requirements & Preferences:
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree/PG
- Minimum Experience: 3+ years
- Language Skills: Strong oral and written proficiency in English.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Treasury Consulting Experience Mandatory
Candidates should ideally come from:
1. Treasury Consulting firms
2. Treasury Advisory practices
3. Treasury Transformation practices
4. Boutique Treasury Consulting firms
Candidates Must Demonstrate:
- Strong client-facing consulting experience.
- Hands-on Treasury advisory experience.
- Experience in Treasury transformation engagements.
- Experience with Treasury technology implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with Treasury leadership, CFOs, Controllers, Treasury Directors, PMOs, and other senior stakeholders.
