IFRS Reporting Senior Associate/ Team Lead / Manager
Candidate Specification & Job Description:
- Candidate should have 2+ years experience into IFRS, Reporting
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow) to ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS.
- IFRS Compliance: Ensure adherence to all IFRS standards, implement new updates, and provide technical guidance to the finance team on IFRS-related issues.
- Regulatory & Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, respond to audit queries, and ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.
- Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and maintain financial reporting systems, controls, and procedures.
- Monitor and improve existing financial reporting processes.
- Transactional & Reconciliation: Prepare daily/monthly entries, reconcile accounts, and ensure balance sheets are accurate.
- Banking Sector Specifics: Handle financial reporting for specific banking activities such as global markets, financing activities, and derivatives (e.g., MTM bookings).
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
