
- Managing and driving high numbers of open roles at the same time ensuring second-to-none process with candidates and hiring managers (end-to-end)
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with GCC growth plans.
- Partner with business leaders and HR to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand in the Indian market.
- Act as the trusted advisor in relation to Talent Acquisition matters
- Building talent pipelines and market intelligence (mapping of companies, candidates, networks, geographies, and alike)
- Embed best practices, lead process effectiveness and always be looking to improve and optimize our candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define selection criteria.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sourcing partners.
- Utilizing data and key metrics to track performance and improvement
