Senior Associate - Structured Finance - Legal

a) Support Finance Deals: Advise on the structure, negotiation, and documentation of finance transactions such as leasing, hire purchase, receivables financing, and secured lending.

b) Draft & Review Documents: Prepare and review key legal documents including finance agreements, security instruments, guarantees, and escrow arrangements.

c) Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with credit, sales, and operations teams to identify and manage legal risks in proposed transactions.

d) Handle Cross-Border Matters: Provide legal support for international deals, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulatory frameworks.

e) Improve Legal Processes: Contribute to the development of legal templates, playbooks, and internal governance processes.

f) Dispute Support: Assist in resolving disputes and enforcing rights under finance agreements.
