Job Opening: Senior Associate - Strategy (Identity and Access Management)

Location: Bangalore

Position Overview:


We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate to join our Strategy team, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IAM and IT, coupled with experience in strategy/pre-sales (preferred). The candidate should have worked on end-to-end implementations with one or two products and should understand the IAM domain very well.

Key Responsibilities:


- Client Workshops: Lead client requirement gathering workshops to understand and document their IAM needs


- Program Development: Develop IAM program objectives, vision and mission statements, conduct current state assessments, perform gap analyses, and create roadmaps and estimations for IAM programs


- Business Case and Governance: Formulate IAM business cases, establish program governance frameworks, and develop target operating models


- Pursuit Opportunities: Assist in pursuit opportunities for IAM strategy engagements, including the preparation of proposals, Statements of Work (SoWs), and resource and cost estimations

Qualifications:

Educational Background:


- MBA from a reputed institute is preferred


- B.Tech. or equivalent undergraduate degree (e.g. BCA, MCA, BE) is mandatory

Professional Experience:


- 4-5 years of total work experience, with at least 1 year of post-MBA experience in the IT industry
Or


- 5-7 years of total work experience in IT industry including strategy work and pre-sales


- Experience in strategy/IT pre-sales is preferred

Required Skills:


- Identity & Access Management domain knowledge and technical skills


- Strategy and assessment (e.g. gap analysis, benchmarking, roadmap)


- IT pre-sales experience (e.g. drafting SoWs, RFP responses, resource modelling, effort estimation)


- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
