Strategic Innovation Role Think Tank Team

We are seeking a highly driven, analytically strong, and strategically minded professional to join our Innovation Center Think Tank. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping product, venture, and financial technology strategies. This role is a perfect blend of top-tier consulting mindset and execution capabilities, underlined by strong business and financial understanding, coupled with entrepreneurial spirit and creativity.

Key Requirements:

- Strong proficiency in business analytics, statistics, and quantitative analysis to drive data-informed decision-making and modelling

- Proven ability to handle complex business problems and apply analytical rigor

- Background or strong interest in financial services, FinTech, or applied AI, with a working knowledge of sector trends and evolving technologies

- Exposure to or experience with venture building, including early-stage product ideation, business model innovation, and go-to-market strategies

- A creative and entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification

- Willingness and availability for work-related travel, including client visits, partnership meetings, and market research

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Graduate from:

- IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, or Calcutta

- IIT Bombay, Delhi, Kharagpur, Madras, or Kanpur

- BITS Pilani (Pilani campus only)

Age: 24-28 years

Work Experience:

- 3-4 years of prior experience in any of the following:

- Tier 1 consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) only strategy consulting roles (excludes McKinseys Knowledge Centre, BCG Vantage, Bains BCN)

- Product managers from top-tier startups or tech companies with 0-1 product building and cross-functional leadership experience

- Startup founders or early team members with strong ownership and a track record of building or scaling products

- Design thinkers from innovation firms (e.g., IDEO, frog) with business and product strategy exposure

- Alumni of venture studios, corporate innovation teams, or accelerators who have helped incubate or grow startups

Skills Required:

Primary Skills:

- Advanced Excel modelling and PowerPoint presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex insights into clear, compelling narratives

- Demonstrated capability in financial analysis, product-market fit analysis, and growth/retention metrics

- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and operations teams

Technical Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

- Financial analysis and product/business performance metrics

Management Skills:

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders effectively

Soft Skills:

- Self-motivated and ambitious

- High ownership, creativity, and a self-starter attitude
