About the Role:
Join the CEOs Office of a leading, fast-scaling financial services platform to drive high-impact, enterprise-wide transformation. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, with a mandate to shape long-term direction and unlock next-phase growth.
You will work directly with senior leadership on critical priorities including organizational transformation, productivity enhancement, and the firms AI adoption roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic initiatives from ideation to execution, partnering closely with business and functional leaders
- Support development of long-term strategy, backed by market insights, competitive benchmarking, and data-driven analysis
- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities across products, markets, and partnerships
- Lead cross-functional problem solving to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
- Contribute to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including future-of-work and AI integration
- Build structured, hypothesis-driven analyses and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
