Description:
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (IC Role):
- Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition for assigned regions, with a strong focus on bulk and volume hiring.
- Drive hiring for Housing Finance, NBFC, and Insurance roles, including Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) professionals.
- Execute regional-level manpower plans in alignment with business hiring targets and timelines.
- Partner with regional business leaders to understand workforce requirements and prioritize hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, walk-ins, and social media channels.
- Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, manage offer rollouts, and ensure timely closures.
- Track hiring progress, maintain recruitment MIS, and share regular updates with the National TA team.
- Ensure adherence to TATs, cost optimization, and recruitment SLAs.
- Support onboarding coordination to ensure smooth joining of bulk hires.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and documentation standards.
Candidate Profile:
- Core Talent Acquisition experience in Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, or Insurance is mandatory.
- Proven experience in bulk/volume hiring is highly preferred.
- Exposure to hiring for HL & LAP roles will be an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
Experience & Qualification:
- 5-9 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience in hiring forbulk HL (Housing Loan / Housing Finance ) & LAP roles
- Graduation is mandatory; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Salary range - 15 - 16 LPA
