Senior Associate - Record To Report

BNC has been entrusted to hire a Record to Report-Senior Associate for a reputed Big4 Client based in Gurgaon.

Key Requirements:

1.Compile and analyze operational and financial data and reports, post journal entries in the ERP system, prepare and maintain accurate workpapers and reconciliations.

2. Execute month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities and support group level financial consolidation in accordance with applicable GAAP/IFRS standards.

3. Prepare financial statements and group reporting packages in alignment with group reporting requirements.

4. Conduct variance analysis to identify anomalies, investigate routine discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution with appropriate documentation.

5.Perform General ledger reconciliations and analyze the open items with supporting documentation.

6. Prepare direct and indirect tax filings and assist in liaising with regulatory authorities for timely query resolution.

Qualifications:

1. CA with Minimum 3-6 years of experience in GAAP/IFRS financial reporting and multi-entity consolidation.

2.Finance professionals with expertise in Record to Report process, preferably with a background in PE or fund management, which would be an added advantage.

3.Strong experience in managing month-end close, account reconciliation, journal entries, and financial risk mitigation.

7.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and troubleshooting complex accounting issues.

8. Effective communication, cross-functional teamwork, and commitment to ethical financial decision-making.

9.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to engage stakeholders.
