IT Applications Factory Senior Associate - Accelerated Solutions (Private Equity M&A IT)

Designation: Senior Associate - 4 - 12 years

Location: Hyderabad

As a Senior Associate in the Accelerated Solutions (Private Equity M&A IT) team, you will support and deliver IT applications separations across the M&A lifecycle, working closely with client stakeholders, teams and our alliance partners.

You will be responsible for driving execution, analysis, and coordination across deal engagements including due diligence, carve-outs, integrations, Day 1 readiness planning and IT TSA exits.

This role requires:

- Strong program execution and client management capabilities

- Ability to work in fast-paced, complex deal environments

- Effective stakeholder coordination and communication with some of the largest Private Equity clients in the world

- Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and execute mandates across application landscapes

Accelerated Solutions AC team supports PE clients across the deal cycle:

- Developing M&A Strategy (Accelerated Turnkey Carve-outs, Accelerated Turnkey Integration, etc.) by collaborating with C-suite executives

- Advising clients across digital and AI strategy, enterprise architecture, cost optimization and tech-enabled operating models

- Advising clients to develop Integration / Divestiture Strategy and Execution

- Integrated Due Diligence to assess Technology landscape and create PoVs

Core responsibilities as a Senior Associate would entail (but not limited to):

- Translate Private Equity and M&A objectives into actionable application separation, integration, and modernization strategies

- Lead application workstreams across due diligence, carve-outs, integrations, Day 1 readiness, and TSA exit programs

- Understanding application landscapes supporting key business processes including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Hire-to-Retire (H2R), CRM, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain

- Drive application intake, rationalization, disposition planning, migration, and separation activities across enterprise application portfolios

- Drive Day 1 readiness by coordinating global team structures across time zones

- Coordinate between inter-workstreams to resolve critical risks and dependencies

- Apply strong technical program management across project plans, milestones, RAIDD logs, governance, and cutover activities

- Facilitate the development, review, and presentation of client deliverables

- Evaluate current-state technology environments for optimization or value creation

- Navigate fast-paced, high-pressure deal settings with structured thinking

- Develop executive-ready analyses and recommendations that translate technical findings into business implications

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts with clarity and precision to executives and non-technical stakeholders
