Leading Bombay based law firm in the Private Equity and Funds practice area is looking for experienced Senior Associates for their Bangalore offices.   The candidate must be experienced in managing PE and VC transactions. Candidates with experience in working with Investment Funds and Alternate Investment Funds are preferred.   Responsibilities:   - Liaise with client and firm on future course with corporate transactions   - Provide strategic advice to clients   - Preparing opinions and notes vis-a-vis transactions.   Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:   - Fluency in writing and reading English   - Must be articulate   - Team player   - Extensive research skills   - Time management   - Good communication skills (oral and written)   - Confidentiality   Credentials and Experience:   - Must have a basic degree in law   - Must have over 4 years of relevant experience in such PE/VC/Funds transactions with a well established law firm or with a large corporate establishment.   Compensation:   - Commensurate to experience
