Role Overview :

The Mergers & Acquisitions / Corporate Transactions lead will serve as a senior advisor, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of high-value corporate deals. You will work closely with C-suite executives, private equity partners, and internal cross-functional teams to structure, negotiate, and execute complex transactions. Your day-to-day will involve navigating intricate legal frameworks, mitigating enterprise risk, and ensuring that every deal aligns with the long-term strategic objectives of our clients. This role is pivotal in driving the firm's growth and maintaining our reputation for delivering seamless, high-stakes transaction management.

KRA :

- Looking to hire Senior Associate / Principal Associate for its growing M&A practice.

- Strong M&A / Corporate Transactions experience.

- Exposure to PE/VC, JV, strategic investments & restructuring.

- Strong drafting, negotiation & due diligence skills.

- Client management and transaction ownership.

- Reputed law firm / strong corporate legal background preferred.
