We are looking for a seasoned litigation lawyer with 7-10 years of robust experience in handling complex insolvency and bankruptcy matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The ideal candidate should have substantial exposure to representing clients before the NCLT, NCLAT, and other judicial forums and be well-versed in managing end-to-end litigation, including strategy, advisory, drafting, and appearances.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage high-stakes IBC litigation matters for financial creditors, operational creditors, corporate debtors, resolution professionals, and liquidators.

- Draft complex pleadings, including petitions, applications, replies, and appeals under the IBC framework.

- Appear independently and/or with senior counsel before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, and Supreme Court as required.

- Advise on CIRP, liquidation, resolution plans, avoidance transactions, and enforcement strategies.

- Liaise and coordinate with insolvency professionals, CoC, forensic auditors, and other stakeholders.

- Supervise and mentor junior associates, review their drafts, and provide legal guidance.

- Monitor regulatory developments and jurisprudence in insolvency and restructuring law.

Key Requirements:

- LLB from a reputed law school; additional qualifications (CS, LLM) are a plus.

- Strong command over IBC, Companies Act, SARFAESI, and allied financial laws.

- Proven track record of handling complex insolvency and restructuring litigation.

- Exceptional drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills.

- Experience in managing client expectations and independently leading matters.
