Job Title: Senior Associate - Portfolio Analytics

Location: Mumbai

Shift: 12 PM - 9 PM / 1 PM - 10 PM (US Holiday Calendar)

Key Responsibilities:

- Risk and return attribution for hedge fund portfolios

- Data validation across analytics tools

- Custom client reporting on risk/performance

- Automation of bespoke solutions using Excel VBA / IT tools

- Enhance and build new analytics tools

Desired Skills:

- Strong grasp of equities, fixed income, and derivatives

- Proficient in Excel VBA (mandate); knowledge of R, Tableau, Power BI is a plus

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Independent ownership of tasks

Qualifications:

- BE/B.Tech or MBA (Finance) with 3-5 years of relevant experience

- CFA/FRM preferred
