What You Will Do:
- Campaign Strategy & Management: Plan, execute, and manage SEM strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rates, quality scores, and overall ROI while meeting defined KPIs.
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research and trend analysis to improve targeting and audience reach.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Singular, and other analytics platforms.
- A/B Testing: Run structured A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and funnel elements to improve campaign performance.
- Market Research: Stay current with SEM trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Funnel Optimization: Analyze user journeys, identify funnel drop-offs, and implement initiatives to improve conversion rates.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Education: BTech / BCA from a Tier 1 institution preferred.
- Mindset: Self-driven, action-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of the paid marketing ecosystem, attribution models, segmentation, and app campaigns.
- Budget Ownership: Proven experience managing monthly ad budgets of - 5 Lakh or more.
- Tools & Platforms: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and tools such as Looker Studio, AppsFlyer.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven approach with the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
- Creativity: Ability to craft compelling ad copy and design effective experimentation strategies.
- Problem Solving: Comfortable handling complexity with a first-principles, structured problem-solving approach.
