Senior Associate/Manager - Transfer Pricing - CA

Role Details:

We have an urgent opening for the positions of Senior Associate (2+ years) and Manager (5-8 years) in Transfer Pricing, based in Gurgaon (Delhi NCR) with a leading Consulting Firm.

Profile Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-8 years of relevant experience.

- Demonstrating innovative and critical thinking in managing projects.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and numerical skills.

- Well-rounded commercial and economic awareness.

- Passion for client servicing and number crunching ability.

- Excellent eye for detail and proficiency in MS Office.

- Motivated, creative, and decisive in problem-solving.

- Ownership and responsibility of clients/tasks delegated.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Reviewing and finalizing transfer pricing documentation reports.

- Identification of international transactions, computation of arms length price, selection of the most appropriate method, and preparation of transfer pricing study reports.

- Complete Transfer Pricing assignments including benchmarking studies for multinational clients.

- Managing a team of Associates and Interns.

- Assisting clients in transfer pricing planning.

- Expanding opportunities with existing clients and identifying referrals.

- Conducting economic/comparability analysis using Indian and foreign databases.

- Preparing and reviewing technical submissions for assessments and appellate levels.

- Strategizing and representing client cases before Tax Officers/Appellate authorities.

- Responsible for complete execution of assigned engagements.

- Coordinating with Managers/Associate Directors on planning and management.

- Providing timely, high-quality services.

- Managing client relationships and developing working relationships across service lines.

Expertise Required:

- Good knowledge of Transfer Pricing.

- Well-versed with OECD TP Guidelines and transfer pricing regulations of developed countries.
