Role: Merger & Acquisition - Business Consulting (Infra / Energy / Logistics)

As part of a dynamic and impact-driven team, you will support strategic M&A and Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) mandates, helping clients make informed decisions across the investment lifecycle.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of the energy transition, including sectors such as renewables, biofuels, green hydrogen, and decarbonization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead/support end-to-end M&A and CDD engagements for clients in Infrastructure and Energy.

- Conduct market assessments, competitive benchmarking, regulatory analysis, and business model evaluations.

- Analyze sector trends with a focus on green energy, energy transition, decarbonization, and emerging technologies.

- Prepare client-ready deliverables including investment memos, business cases, and financial and commercial analysis.

- Liaise with cross-functional teams including financial advisors, legal, tax, and technical consultants.

- Support business development efforts including proposal preparation and pitch presentations.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in M&A Consulting or Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) is highly desirable.

- Strategy & Operations (S&O) / Business Consulting professionals with strong energy sector exposure will also be considered.

Sector Knowledge:

Strong understanding of infrastructure and/or energy sectors, particularly:

- Renewable energy (solar, wind, hydro)

- Biofuels, green hydrogen, and new energy sources

- Utility-scale and distributed energy models

- Decarbonization and sustainability-driven investment themes

Soft Skills:

- Analytical mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Self-starter with an ability to thrive in high-pressure environments

- Team player with an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving
