Fund Accounting & Reporting

- Oversee NAV calculation, capital call and distribution processing, and quarter/year-end close activities.

- Maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements under US GAAP / IFRS / IN GAAP.

- Perform and review capital account statements, waterfall calculations, and management/incentive fee calculations.

- Manage accounting for complex structures such as master-feeder funds, fund of funds, co-investment vehicles, and SPVs.

Client & Investor Services

- Act as the main point of contact for client queries, investor reporting, and audit coordination.

- Manage investor capital activity, prepare investor reports, and ensure timely delivery of capital notices and statements.

- Review and approve subscription/redemption documents and assist in KYC/AML processes in coordination with investor relations teams.

Team Leadership & Process Management

- Lead and mentor junior fund accountants and review deliverables.

- Collaborate with global teams to standardize and streamline accounting and reporting processes.

- Identify automation opportunities and lead process improvement initiatives.

- Ensure SLA, KPI, and compliance metrics are achieved with high quality.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- CA / Finance strongly preferred.

- 3-6 years of relevant experience in private equity fund accounting, preferably in a Big 4 firm, fund administrator, or asset management firm.

- Strong understanding of private equity structures, waterfall modeling, IRR, preferred returns, and carried interest.
